Only 7 minutes by car from cala canyelles, 10 minutes from the center of Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes from Tossa de Mar in the pleasant and quiet residential area of ​​Serra Brava. The villa has a grassy garden with trees, with an 8.00 m swimming pool. x 4.00 m, and 1.35 m deep terrace chairs and tables and barbecue at your disposal and also deck chairs for sunbathing.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining room which opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

Disappointed
The location was up very high and very winding roads. Due to being up so high this made the weather unsettled. There wasn't any WiFi to the villa which we had to use the owners which didn't work by the pool. The pool was becoming quite dirty through the week. There are alot of steps to the villa so make sure you are fit!! Maybe if the weather had been better it would of made it more enjoyable. It was a nice villa just wouldn't stay there again. Tossa de mar is lovely!!!

Magnifique séjour
Maison très agréable dans un quartier calme, à 15 min de la première plage, de tossa et de Lloret. Tout le confort nécessaire, linges de piscine fournis, mais pas le linge de toilette ni cuisine. Seule remarque négative. Mr Lopez, le gérant qui habite à côté, est très réactif. Piscine et jardin des plus agréables.

We had a great stay!
We had a perfect stay at this poolhouse rented by juan! The whole house is extremely clean and all of the equipments you need are available at the house! The view is absolutely lovely and juan is a very nice and helpfull host! The pool is great and our kids and ourselves enjoyed it very much! We will be back!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Juni 2023 zu viert und mit Hund in dieser etwas abgelegenen Unterkunft auf dem Berg sehr genossen. Herr Lopez ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, der für Fragen auch in deutscher Sprache gerne zur Verfügung steht. Der Garten mit Pool samt Ausblick sind wunderbar. Auch die Unterkunft ist toll, nur in den Schränken hat es ein wenig gemuffelt, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir können sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sauber, modern, wunderschöner Pool, ruhiges Umfeld
Das Haus ist exakt so wie beschrieben, die Bilder im Inserat geben Haus und Garten gut wieder. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und hat für Probleme oder Sorgen seine Mobil-Nummer angegeben, damit er direkt Abhilfe schaffen kann - wir hatten keine Sorgen und Probleme, es war alles perfekt. Deshalb haben wir den Vermieter in der Woche auch keinmal gesehen, man hat in dem Haus/Garten seine vollkommene Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr gut möbliert, es ist sauber und modern. Im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage. Pool und Garten laden zu perfekten Abenden ein. Ein riesige Kühl-Gefrierkombination in der Küche, um bei heissem Wetter entsprechende Abkühlung geniessen zu können. Eines der besten Häuser, in denen wir an der Costa Brava Urlaub gemacht haben. Wichtig bei diesem Haus: Man sollte ein eigenes Auto vor Ort haben, das Haus liegt auf der Spitze eines grossen Hügels, zu Fuss nach Llloret oder an den Strand ist eher was für Wanderer und zu Fuss zum Haus hoch wäre allemal eine sportliche Herausforderung ;-) Eine Taxifahrt nach Lloret-Zentrum kostet ca 20 Euro. Aber uns war das mit der Lage im voraus bewusst, da wir die Lage vorher per Google-Maps erkundet hatten und die steilen Hügel an der Costa Brava kennen. Fazit: Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist allemal weiterzuempfehlen, wenn man nicht zu Fuss in die Partyzone und/oder an den Strand und zurück möchte. Danke für die schöne Woche an der Costa Brava!!

Herrliches Objekt zum Erholen
Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, schöne Terasse und Garten mit Pool direkt dabei. Wir konnten immer draussen essen. Auch ein Trampolin und Kinder-Spielsachen waren vorhanden. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil ebenfalls da. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Mooie buitenruimte met uitzicht
Buiten rond zwembad genoeg zitjes en stoelen, heerlijk, zeker met de mooie uitzichten en privacy. Binnen alleen een pellets kachel in de gang, dus wat kil als het buiten niet warm is. Auto is noodzakelijk, want de laatste 3km zijn stijl omhoog.

Muy amables limpio y hermosa vista. Mir ist es vor allem wichtig, dass ein Ferienhaus sauber ist. Zweitens sollten die Betten bequem sein. Drittens sollte alles wichtige zum Kochen etc da sein. Viertens sollte das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend sein. Dieses Haus hat dies alles erfüllt !!! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Das Schwimmbad war auch super sauber und total neu. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus liegt recht hoch gelegen auf einem Berg , einen Navi zu haben ist wichtig, da die Straßen dort oben bisschen unübersichtlich sind, wenn man sich nicht auskennt.

There was an issue with the swiming pool. The owner repaired it but we couldn’t use the swimming pool for 3 days. The house is on the top of a hill with 10 min drive in tourning roads. Otherwise the beaches around are nice.

El trato deja mucho que desear
En general la casa está bien, aunque con varios peros: el chorro de la ducha es mínimo y pasas del frío a quemarte sin que hayas cambiado el regulador, una de las sábanas tenía unas manchas considerables y atención para los que les gusta dormir a oscuras: no hay persianas ni porticones en ninguna habitación!! Con lo que a las 6h de la mañana ya tienes luz entrando por la ventana.... Pero lo peor es la poca empatia y predisposición de los propietarios. Hace años que alquilamos casas en verano y semana Santa y siempre los dueños suelen ser flexibles en las entradas y salidas y suelen al llegar informarte de sitios a visitar, recomendaciones, etc... Pues en este caso nada de eso. Sensación de ven tarde y largate pronto. "Que llevamos más casas" nos dijeron. Al llegar la nevera no funcionaba y nos dijeron que había funcionaba siempre (como echandonos la culpa). La piscina necesita una reforma. "Tenéis que bañaros con cuidado, los anteriores estubieron dos días sin piscina ya que se rompió por tirarse a lo bruto". Perdona?? Que los niños no se puedan saltar a la piscina?? Si no os parece bien os vais y os devuelvo el dinero. (Todo simpatía). En fin, ese trato cero empático de los propietarios hace que desmerezca la estancia en la casa. Con lo cual, no la recomiendo.

tolles Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gab auch viel Geschirr (inklusive Kaffebecher und Eierbecher), was leider nicht in allen Ferienwohnungen der Fall ist. Auf Grund der Höhenlage (ca. 7 - 8 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Fuß des Berges bis zum Ferienhaus) ging fast immer ein wenig Wind, welches von uns aber als angenehm empfunden wurde. Das Haus verfügt über viele Sitzecken, so dass auf Wunsch im Schatten oder in der Sonne gesessen werden kann. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist für Ausflüge gut. Tossa de Mar hat uns gut gefallen. Barcelona ist von Blanes gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen. In Blanes selbst ist z. B. der Jardí Botànic Marimurtra zu empfehlen. Bei Problemen (bei uns war die Gasflasche leer) kam Herr Lopez sofort vorbei. Er gab uns auch viele Tipps zu Ausflügen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, ses conseils pour les visites de la région et une maison parfaitement tenue où on s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et c'est une adresse que je conseille fortement.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage
Wir haben von Mitte bis Ende Oktober unseren Urlaub in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus verbracht. Für diese Jahreszeit war es dort überraschend warm. Wir konnten im Swimmingpool und im Meer baden. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner, als es auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Uns hat die ruhige Lage gefallen, die Nähe zum Naturschutzgebiet und der Blick sowohl auf die Pyrenäen und das Mittelmeer. Der Vermieter war so nett uns einige schöne Wanderwege, die in der Nähe des Hauses beginnen, mit phantastischem Ausblick zu zeigen. Er ist nett, freundlich und kann viele Tipps geben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Excellent Value
This is not the best villa we've ever stayed in, but for the price we paid, we thought it was excellent value and met our needs. This property is literally at the top of the hill, so you have views from the pool side towards the sea and views from the front towards the hills and Pyrenees in the distance. The interior of the house is functional, but nothing special with the highlight being the upstairs lounge with views towards the sea. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped with plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery and cookware, more devices than plug sockets is a minor inconvenience. However, the two things that made this a great holiday were the outside areas, with seating front, back and at the sides (you can follow the sun or find shade) and Jean who is a very helpful host providing excellent advice on the area, what to see and where to shop or eat. One other thing to be aware of is that you need a car and that it's a 7 or 8 minute drive to the property from the main road between Lloret and Tossa.. The nearest beach (Canyelles) is lovely if you can park (OK Sept and October midweek, but busy weekends). Difficult to beat for the price and definitely recommended.

Villa confortable, magnifique et super propre! Avec vue extraordinaire sur la mer et les montagnes sans parler de la piscine qui est parfaite. Mes enfants se sont éclatés Super accueil, le propriétaire ainsi que sa femme son super sympa toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésiter. Villa très agréable pour de super vacances!
Nous recommandons vivement cette villa - conforme à la description - Au calme dans les hauteurs et à 10 min de la plage en voiture. De l'espace dehors avec des zones ensoleillées & ombragées - parfaite pour les grands et les petits (nous étions 2 familles avec enfants). Une piscine sécurisée, un espace repas verdoyant et convivial à l'extérieur & des chambres confortables. L'idéal pour de très belles vacances ! De plus, le propriétaire est adorable et de bons conseils pour découvrir cette belle région...

Villa très agréable.
La villa est conforme à l'annonce. Nous sommes arrivés dans une villa propre et très bien située dans un quartier très calme. Elle correspond totalement aux photos présentes sur l'annonce. De très bon coin détente dans la villa. Le propriétaire n'est pas avare en bon conseils. Nous avons pu découvrir les jolis coins de la région. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et la maison est superbe. Nous recommandons.

Nice house on the top of hill
We were traveling with 10, 5 and 3 years old childs. We got colder weather than in home. I checked from freemeteo that it was coldest week at that time of year at least for 15 years. But house was very nice - just like in pictures. House is at the highest point of hill (300 meter from see level) and there is nice views to see and to Pyrenes. Owner lives in the neighbor and he is very helpfull, but with house we didn't need any help - there was every thing and every thing works. We can recommend this house. It would be good for two families too.

Superbe villa pour des vacances de rêve
En arrivant, la grosse surprise c'est que la villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Propreté impeccable aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le propriétaire, qui n'habite pas loin, est très serviable si vous avez un souci .Il est de bons conseils pour les infos resto, plage, courses et autres. La foret est à 2 minutes et permet de superbes ballades ( prendre de bonnes chaussures). Une magnifique plage est à quelques minutes en voiture et ce n'est vraiment pas dérangeant de devoir rouler ( plusieurs parkings pour se garer). Le gros problème est qu'apres 2 semaines de vacances passées dans cette villa, on n'a plus envie de rentrer à la maison!!!! Nous y étions à huit et la recommandons à 800%.

Herrlicher Ausblick
Wir (2 Ehepaare mit je 2 Kindern) suchten ein ruhiges aber doch zentrales Plätzchen an der Costa Brava und wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht von dem Haus (teilweise noch schöner als auf den Fotos) und von dem hilfsbereiten Vermieter der praktischerweise in der Nähe wohnt und gerne Tipps gibt wie z.B. welche Restaurants zu empfehlen sind oder was man so alles in der Umgebung besichtigen oder machen kann. Wir waren z.B. durch ihm auf die Idee gekommen das Dali Museum in Figueras zu besuchen und das kann ich nur empfehlen! Oder der botanische Garten in Blanes. Das Haus liegt oben auf dem Berg und hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht sowohl auf das Meer als auch auf die Berge und es herrscht ein angenehmes Windchen. Der Strand von Canyellas liegt direkt unterhalb der Wohnsiedlung Serra Brava und man kann praktischerweise von dort mit dem Schiff nach Tossa oder Lloret de Mar fahren oder noch weiter die Costa Brava entlang schippern. Wir haben unsere Grillabende am Pool sehr genossen und zum Waterworld am Ortseingang von Lloret ist es zur Freude der Kids auch nicht weit. Auf dem Weg nach Tossa gibt es ein Restaurant direkt an der Serpentinenstraße wo wir sehr gut und günstig spanische Küche bekamen. Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen und sicherlich wiederkommen.
