"We spent two weeks here relaxing and exploring the area. This property was in a great location, just a short stroll out the door and onto the beach! The unit was well maintained and clean and the welcome package and beach items that were provided were such a welcome addition. The host met us for check in and provided lots of useful tips and info about the area. The complex was very quiet and the grounds we well kept. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. "

"Lovely property right on the beach in La Vila Joiosa which is a magical town. Good facilities, can sit on balcony and watch those swimming and be in the sea in a couple of minutes. Very quiet but the one bad feature is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. There is a streetlamp that is more like a searchlight that is on the external walk of the bedrooms. The balcony outside was great- ran the whole way down the side of the apartment so lots of space to hang towels as well as sit outside to enjoy the view. "The property is located amazingly! The view is spectacular and the apartment well kept. The only issue we had is that the floor had sand and it was dusty atound. I got charge a cleaning fee and the apartment wasn't. Other than that it was great."

Gerardo and Pilar were very helpful and nice, met us in person when we arrived, showed us everything and were available whenever we had any question. We would love to come back for sure."
