Its many bedrooms and multiple indoor sitting rooms and terraces house many guests without crowding. Furnishings are thoughtful and lovely and include a lot of interesting art. "We had a great stay here. The house and pool are excellent and the location is beautiful and very peaceful. George was very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to little requests we made. We felt that the description of the location could be a little more precise.The access road is quite rough and tricky to negotiate in places after heavy rain. Also guests need to be aware that they will be at some distance from the nearest village and shop.That said, it might just be what people are...

"My wife Jo and I spent a very pleasant ten days at Mas Santol. The gite is very beautiful, in a great location not far from the charming small town of Ceret. We explored the area and also went further afield, to the beach at Le Racoul and into the mountains of Prats-de-Mollo. Martine and Serge were very nice to deal with.
