"The staff is wonderful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. The second room we got was nice and big and the bathroom had hot water. However, the first bedroom had no hot water and the second bedroom had outside dogs barking all night long. People who have pets in the neighborhood should be considerate and keep their pet dogs indoors so neighbors are able to sleep during the night."

"This is basically a family run old school bed and breakfast. Not a bad thing, but something I wish I knew before booking. The plus, it's reasonably comfortable. It's near the lake. The family is friendly. The catch is that there was a lot of kids running around and playing from about 7am to 11pm. "The building is very charming and the grounds are lovely. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food was good. That being said, the pictures and description are a little misleading. The hotel is not on the shore of Lake Llanquehue. It has a large pond that it borders (as shown in the picture for the hotel). Although the pond was nice and included a rowboat which guests can use at anytime, there were hundreds of very noisy birds, detracting from what could be a very tranquil experience....

"A small dirt road from a small town will get you there. Follow the paved road to the end and then follow a dirt road until the end. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding volcanoes. Jacuzzi is out of order. They have very friendly dogs. Wifi is decent and only in the main common area. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good. (Fresh bread is great.) The cabin is rustic and lovely. (Bring you own knife if you plan to cook.) In short, the location is great and the views are even better!...
