"A well equipped property, not luxurious but what is to be expected for the price. The pool is not heated which means none but the brave will swim in the winter months. A very quiet area, but the town is only a stroll of 1km away for cafes bars and shops. Communication with owners excellent when required. "

"If you value your privacy and like to be out of the hustle and bustle then the location of the villa is perfect. Restaurants and shops etc are just a 20/30 minute walk away.The villa has lovely views and is very private, clean and spacious with everything needed for self catering. The pool (in winter) was lovely and warm on arrival (due to it being heated) and we were able to take our first dip witin short-time of arriving. "Fantastic villa in superb condition with a large pool in a quiet residential area. Dealings with the owner were excellent, she really couldn't do enough to help. El Cotillo is a 15-20 min walk but there is an hourly bus service. Highly recommended!"
