"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! "Had a really lovely and welcoming stay at the tilman hotel,staff lovely, especially ella who was really friendly and helpful with anything we needed,and dan the manager who was great too with his knowledge of the area and also couldn't do enough for us,brillient service all round,fab room,gorgeous food,brill facilities and lovely location,will defo return and reccomend"

"The hotel was lovely! It was so well done with stunning rooms, bar and restaurant. All staff were super helpful and friendly. Particularly the lady who served us as breakfast, she was so kind and great to chat to. Great location with beautiful views and easy access to walks in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend!"

"We booked through hotels.com, but we booked a triple room, as it was cheapest option for a couple and a 20 year old daughter. On check in, there was not a triple room, rather than cancel us, they gave us 2 twins, much to the delight of all of us. Very friendly. Thank you"

Great location

"I arrived early but was able to access my room straight away. I was initially told that my room still had to be paid for but I had prepaid. This was resolved quickly however. The hotel is conveniently located on a regular bus route and I took the opportunity to visit Blaenau Ffestiniog 20 minutes away. The evening meal was excellent with plenty of choice on the menu. My room was fine and extremely comfortable. Some slight traffic noise as it was at the front of the property."
