The property is nicely presented and very well equipped, with great living space and a super comfy king sized bed. There's also good wi-fi to help stay connected should you need it. "We had a great time at this property. The five properties gave us space to be together and still have our own space to retreat to when needed. It was a very wet weekend in Wales but we made the most of it. The Pool and Grove cottages and The Gallery were a bit tricky to keep warm as you needed to keep the log burners going and use electric heaters upstairs. "The photographs of the property do not do this house and gardens justice. There were 14 of us staying and it’s the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, with an Aga and separate oven. Seating in the house is plentiful and the grounds are stunning. We could easily walk for dinner into Bala as well as stroll down to the lake. The children had a swim in the leisure centre as the lake is a tad cold in May! It’s worth every penny to stay here....

"We stayed there for 2 nights with 3 kids. The house was really nice and clean in a picturesque village. A small grocery shop a few meters away as well as a pub. We had a problem when we arrived as we didn't get the passcode from the online company but the owner was in touch and sorted out everything within a couple of minutes. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!"

"An absolute beautiful property perfect for a family get together. The property is very well presented and cleanliness is second to none. Its a very well equipped property with everthing you could ever need. The games room was superb and all the family enjoyed. The layout of the property is perfect and there are lots of seating areas if you are looking to relax. Checkin process was super simple and the host is always on hand if required. We had an amazing stay and would 100% stay here again."

Only thing we would mention is that there is another holiday let very close on the same property, the listing gives the impression that the property is completely isolated. "Everything was beautiful and the cottage was more than efficient. The only things we had problems with were the directions for finding it locally and the washer/dryer all in one! As Californians, this was new to us and we had no idea it would take so long for a load of clothes! We are learning… Thanks to the owner who was unfortunately out of town so we did not get to meet."
