TN549825605 This was a 3 bed 2 bathrooms 1st double 2nd 2 singles 3rd 2 singles Towels linen included 4 adults My niece and partner and 16 year old son And I'm 66 years old with limited disability. When we arrived for someone to meet us there was no one there so we rang the mobile we were given he directed us to one which isn't the one we booked it was a two bed and didn't seem anywhere near the standard we booked. "Worst place I ever stayed, it was a empty unsafe shell. No bedding pillow TV network nothing to entertain, couldn't even sleep. Even club house was like a dead shell. I wouldn't even go back if they offer me money. I checked out next day. It was completely unsafe. Nail was sticking out next to the bed. No response from anyone they are are useless. Asked for refund but no response. First time leaving the bad comment don't bother "

"View is stunning, location is great, extremely pretty valley, Vyrnwy Lake & waterfall was a pleasant surprise. Shared spaces are great, well stocked kitchen and utilities. Loads of room for a packed house to be together or hang out separately. Lots of lovely decorative touches. "We stayed at this amazing cottage, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. The pictures don't do it justice. The cottage was so cosy with a cute log burner. It had everything we needed. A home away from home. To top it off, the owner, Gary was an amazing host always just a phonecall away. Overall, a beautiful, clean and pleasant place to stay and we will definitely be returning. "
