Located 50 meters from the beach and with spectacular sea views the mountain. This house is located in one of the most picturesque landscapes of Spain: mountains, beaches, cliffs and lush vegetation form a spectacular natural environment.
The house is only 50 minutes drive from Santander and Oviedo airports, 2 hours from Bilbao airport.
South orientation to get the most out of natural light. With a double height living room, spacious dining room, open kitchen with new appliances, three large double bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a storage / laundry room. It has a studio with magnificent views and a south facing porch with garden furniture.
Garden of two thousand square meters with mature trees. It has a parking area for 4 cars.
