You go into the apartment through a small porch which is reached by going up some stairs outside. It is located on the first floor of a two-storey house. The space is totally private and is arranged all on one floor with a big kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee machine, tableware, oven, dishwasher, wooden table and chairs and a small pantry. Large dining room with lots of natural light and a long wooden table and benches.

From here you get to the lounge with sofas, coffee table and TV. This space also leads directly to an indoor sunroom which has large sliding windows, with table, chairs, an armchair and sea views.

Sleeping area with 3 bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, drawers, reading lamps. 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outdoor area with different spaces: built-in barbecue with stone table and benches, second patio with trees and furniture, small outside room with washing machine and toilet. Very big sun terrace on the roof of the house, with access only via stairs, and with sea views. Small porch at the entrance to the house with armchairs. Plenty of space.

Pets are welcome and there is wifi throughout the house. Air conditioning. Parking space outside the house.

Location

Cap Ras is located in Llançà, along the northern part of the Costa Brava, in the Alt Empordà region. Over the years it has become one of the most emblematic and undeveloped coastlines of the Costa Brava. It has a great variety of scenery, offering a wide range of activities and places to explore, both for beach lovers and walkers.
