"Great location but a little difficult to find. Parking space was not clearly numbered. Flat lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very modern . Overall clean but skirting boards and bathroom radiator dusty.TV difficult to operate, batteries needed in remote.. No instructions left for any appliances and no information about tourism in Chester . We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this property."

"Friendly welcome and helpful local tips for coffee and pastry from concierge desk. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. General appearance of hotel was clean and modern. Parking was close, and cheaper than private alternatives. Property is central and easy to navigate to / from without difficulty."

"Only knock is the access. Very confusing checking in or even figuring out where to go. Also, sink didn’t drain and all the interior doors slammed behind you. Great location though. "

"We loved the view from the breakfast and bar area. I appreciated the pool - the water was lovely and warm. We were able to park on the street, which in April (winter) was free of charge after 4pm until 10 the next morning. "
