"Stayed in a suite, excellent size and comfortable, though a little tired and rough around the edges: missing light bulbs, no tea and coffee making facilities untill I asked for a kettle, sofa my missing cushions. Decent breakfast. Brilliant location and excellent front of house service, in particular Thomas who was super friendly and kind, and made us up a breakfast pack for our early 5am departure. "

Sooo nice to have those surprises! ❤️ Location was great, very convenient. All the comforts of home. Only suggestion I can make is to have a fan to circulate air in bedroom….we travel with our own little fan but would have been nice to have that as an option. "What a beautiful hotel, modern bathrooms, very clean, great sleep and right on the river in the center of it all. Our only trouble was with parking, but two block walk to the underground secure garage was still manageable with luggage and three kids. This hotel is a perfect location and great price. "
