"What a beautiful hotel, modern bathrooms, very clean, great sleep and right on the river in the center of it all. Our only trouble was with parking, but two block walk to the underground secure garage was still manageable with luggage and three kids. This hotel is a perfect location and great price. "

"Nina was fantastic! Great communication, fantastic tips, even left us a local bottle of wine/cookies/delicious chocolate bar. Sooo nice to have those surprises! ❤️ Location was great, very convenient. All the comforts of home. Only suggestion I can make is to have a fan to circulate air in bedroom….we travel with our own little fan but would have been nice to have that as an option. Bedding was super comfy! ***** rating! 😁"

"When we arrived check in was swift, and easy. We was shown to our room and where the restaurant was for breakfast the next day. We got into our room, settled in then decide to freshen up before dinner, when I entered the shower I immediately had a problem as the shower wasn't attached to the wall but was laying across the taps. I went and mentioned this to reception, who suggest either use the shower like this or they would let us use the shower in another room. We took the option to use another...

"Huge room with convenient location. I was impressed by service of front desk staff who are always smiley when greeting guests. Shout up to the staff who work on Christmas Day and even prep some tea/ coffee for us while we are waiting at the lobby for our train ! Highly recommended ! "
