This modern villa is located near the city of Pula. The beautifully furnished villa is spread over two floors - on the ground floor there is a cosy living room, a kitchen with a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. This villa is ideal for a holiday with friends or family.
From the object to the beach is 5 km and the distance to the centre is 9 km. The nearest grocery shop is 350 metres from the holiday property. In 350 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Ein besonderer Meerblick
Man kann vom Grundstück aus auf das Meer sehen. Das Gelände ist eingezäunt und fit Hunde sicher. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet, eine super Outdoorküche ist vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und liebevoll.
