"This is a very nice Disney hotel, I’ve used it before a long time ago but returned with two small children. Room was a really good size, cape cod restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, food is excellent! Plenty of options for adults and small children. "Great budget option for staying at the parks and enjoying the extra magic hours. You can check in luggage from 7:30am and check in/collect park passes, then you receive a text with your room number at 3pm. They have free unlimited coffee/choc/tea/tomato soup vending machines in certain blocks. Very nice touches in the room such as chocolate coins, lanyard and notebook. "The hotel is good as a place to sleep if going to Disneyland Paris. However the room was very small for 4 people and there was hardly any storage space. The shower leaked as well, which wasn't great. Also, the heating didn't seem to work, making the room very cold. Overall is was okay and served it's purpose"

"I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was so low cost. I was so wrong. Lovely hotel, reception staff really nice and very thorough on arrival. The rooms are compact but they were clean and had everything that we needed for a base. Breakfast was fine, some fruit would have been lovely but other than that it was grand. "

Really nice boutique hotel

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"Ok so if you want a modern unfriendly hotel do not choose here but if you want a beautiful traditional chateau with themed rooms, admittedly some oddities as all old chateaus have but beautiful, and lovely staff with an amazing breakfast this is amazing as is Provins generally. Be advised you do need passable French to make things easier but if you are off to France guys it’s the least you can do!!"

Poor service

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
