Montana Modern Luxury Condo is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company.

Cole Property Management is available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Brand new high end condo complex in Livingston directly behind Albertson's grocery store, multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants, other hotels and more . The highway entrance is just 1/4 mile from the condo and the route to Yellowstone National Park is right outside your door via Highway 89 South.

Many of the surrounding units are occupied by residents of Livingston and many of their furry friends. Please be respectful of noise and your neighbors during your stay!

Your Montana Modern Luxury Condo is completely dedicated to you and your guests. Please spread out and use all of the amenities provided in the condo. The condo complex also has well-manicured grassy areas - perfect for picnics and walks.

The condo is located in the newly built, highly coveted Yellowstone Flats - a beautiful condo complex complete with open green space and expansive mountain views.

The condo is located in a secured building on the second floor. Perfectly equipped, one-level living with 1,400 square feet of living space, stylishly outfitted by a professional interior designer.

The spacious entry welcomes guests and is equipped with a large closet to stow away jackets, fishing gear and more.

The open concept of the living-dining-kitchen area makes entertaining fun! With 8 seats at the dining room table plus four more at the stylish kitchen island there is plenty of room to entertain friends and family.

The kichen is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home and has a pantry with plenty of storage.

The separate laundry area, adjacent to the kitchen, includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board - no trips to the laundromat required!

The living room boasts a large HD TV with access to Netflix and more, plus a toasty electric fireplace and board games. Comfortable modern seating -including a large couch that can be used as a sleeping couch - plus extra chairs complete the large living area.

Just off of the living room is a large private patio - perfect for morning coffee or to capture great views of the mountains under the Montana Big Sky.

The condo is equipped with high-speed internet.

The master bedroom -stylishly designed with a queen bed and dedicated wooden desk - perfect for working from home-has an attached full bath with a rain head shower and large walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom - delightfully designed with two twin beds and whimsical bedding - is a perfect spot for adults and children alike. An attached bath with a large tub and shower completes the condo.

Easy transit by car, the condo is conveniently located near the interstate on ramp for a quick jaunt to Bozeman, right on the way to the Paradise Valley for scenic mountain views or even into Yellowstone National Park.

There are grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores all located within quick walking distance. The bike and walking path also extends all the way to downtown. Or a quick drive towards downtown will place you in the heart of shops, restaurants and galleries galore in under 5 minutes. Don't forget to swing by Sacajawea Park -- great for kids and walking trails, plenty of green space, some tennis courts, and to enjoy the scenic views of the Yellowstone River.

Uber or other local taxi services may be available depending on the season and time of day.
There are local shuttle companies offering airport pick ups and drop offs, though services may be limited.

STAY LENGTH:This property has a two-night minimum stay due to HOA rules.

PARKING: Please make sure to park ONLY in the spaces designated "O" for OPEN. Parking in designated spots or may get your vehicle towed. Guests may also take advantage of the free street parking near the entrance of the complex along Loves Lane.

PET POLICY: Montana Modern Luxury Condo does allow ONE dog. The pet fee must be paid during booking process and covers the length of stay. Please be courteous to other residents of the condo, keep your dog on a leash while outside, and clean up pet waste.

Registered Service Animals (SA) are welcome.

Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are welcome with verified documentation. The Guest must provide documentation from a licensed mental health professional to the Host at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. The Host is entitled to charge the Guest for any damages caused by the Emotional Support Animal.
