The open-plan living area is furnished with a corner sofa, a cosy wood-burning stove, a flat-screen TV and rustic dining table with benches and stools. The corner kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Guests can enjoy the mountain scenery from the private balcony, which is next to the living room.

Location
In central Livigno the apartment is just 2 minutes from the Cassana Cable Car, and close to ski shuttle buses, allowing easy access to the mountains, skiing and hiking routes throughout the year.

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. Children and adults will enjoy Aquagranda Active You (2-minute drive) which is a spa and indoor water park under one roof. There are 2 great adventure parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (6 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (10 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park. There are several rental services for mountain bikes, so guests can get out onto the panoramic biking routes around the town.

There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and cafés close by. For self-catering there are several grocery stores and supermarkets within 5 minutes of the apartment.

Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 25-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40 minute drive from the apartment. Free ski pass included for bookings from 30.11.2024 to 21.12.2024 and from 12.04.2025 to 26.04.2025
