For added safety, we have motion, noise and sound detectors inside (without any image or video features), along with outdoor cameras at the front door and backyard. These cameras are strategically placed around the exterior of the property that allow for viewing or monitoring of only a public space such as a front door and backyard areas to: • Monitor the exterior of the property for any potential safety concerns. • Deter unauthorized access to the premises. • Provide an added layer of security for both guests and our property. Please be assured that your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. These cameras cover only the outside areas for safety, without recording indoor spaces to respect your privacy.

Our spacious three-bedroom home is perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, group of workers or business trip. Inside, you’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV in each room, central heating, and a fully equipped kitchen, all designed to keep you comfortable.
Our cozy living room has soft sofas and a warm, inviting decor.
The kitchen has everything you need, including a Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Bedrooms are designed for comfort, with plush beds and soft lighting.

Please note, the balustrades are lower than the current standards and care should be taken when used. The stairs are original Victorian stairs which are steeper than current standards and that it is potentially unsuitable for children and senior citizens and those with mobility issues.

Fantastic Expereince Near Penny Lane!
This house exceeded all our expectations. It was the perfect location for us visiting our son at the Steven Gerrard Academy. Everything was in great condition and very comfortable. The Beatles motif was fabulous. We absolutely would stay here again. Thanks!
