Unfortunately, I must address how poor Ullet Suite's in Liverpool service was when I was there on the 5th April 2017. I had booked my reservations through Expedia on Thursday 30th March and received a confirmation email. However, when I travelled 4 hours up to Liverpool on the 5th April, no one was there at Ullet suite to greet us but left a number which My boyfriend had called and they informed us that I hadn't had a booking due to an Expedia crash that I hadn't been informed about. Also, it was a coincidence that another couple who arrived at the same time as us had too been turned away. It was a great inconvenience to us as there were no other hotels who had availabilities on this date, as a result we had to drive another 4 hours back home.

Not Great....
Not great. Room 1 at front on ground floor. Road noise and front door noise kept us awake. Also very inconsiderate people getting up early(6.00am on a Saturday!) banging doors and shouting. Maybe a room at the back would be ok.
No plug in sink. Radiators would not turn off....so hot during the night. Towel rail fell off. Bed comfortable. Bus stops just outside for town, so that was handy. Only 2 parking spaces so needed to park in side street....area a bit rough! Free wifi!!....hooray!
very frightening when you arrive no reception stay on site. you ring a number when you arrive if you can get a answer you get codes for front door and room door wouldent say again but clean
No reception or on site staff. Doors controlled by keypad no keys!! Doors sticking. Bedroom window hinge hanging off, window lock broken. Bed not screwed together properly so rocked with the slightest of touches. Bed clean, shower room clean. Nice sofa and armchair. Kettle had to be placed on floor as plug lead too short. Regular residents shouting at each other at between 1 and 2 in the morning. Didn't feel safe for a fifteen year old girl. Free Parking......for 2 cars but at least 12 rooms ??? Certainly wouldn't recommend it or go near it again.
Stayed at the Beech Street.
Absolutely awful and rip off!
I booked a self catering ground floor apartment with kitchen (at Ullet road). But on arrival i was given a replacement apartment at Beech street on the 2nd floor with kitchenette but without a cooker!
Moreover, the appartment was very inconvenient to reach as it was a modified attic space. The booking was a double bed and 2 singles but found 4 singles (2 of them were in a too tight long space names as a room but looked like a cell).
The wireless broadband kept disconnecting and didn't resove it. Even the heating radiator was leaking water, so i had to keep it off all time.
The senior receptionist who offered me the apartment said "if not happy we can give you a refund otherwise this is what we have available!" Imagine saying this when i arrived from another city and with family/kids and luggage. I requested an unoccupied apartment on the first floor but he said it was for 5 people rather than 4 and it was already booked. However, no one was seen from that apartment until leaving the hotel. He was very incooperative and not considerate but masked with politeness!
Clearly this indicates a disrespectful approach and a careless company, even with their own reputation. A respectable company would've offered a similar apartment to the originally booked elsewhere in the city, but clearly this was not a standard they can be at.
Awful experience and a total rip off.

Good for a day's stay
Stayed for a night. Everything was available.
Access code - given by email.
Car parking is minimal - 3 car can park
No clothes dryer.
Excellent value for money very clean everything you could need and very spacious . This all made for an enjoyable stay as we had our two small granddaughters with us .
We stayed for 2 nights, with a group of friends for my birthday. To say these apartments are not manned we had everything we require and cleaning service each day with fresh towels etc. Room very spacious, shops close by, good little cafes for breakfast just round the corner, overall good stay.
We stayed here on New Years Eve. We arrived from 2pm as that was the arrival time. When we arrived we were given one room that smelt like sewage because something wasn't right in the bathroom they said but there was nothing we could do about it. The second room hadn't even been cleaned. It was dirty from the previous people who had stayed with stains on the bed sheets and looked disgusting. Nobody wanted to shower in it because of the filth. After ringing several times throughout the day with everyone ignoring me, finally at around 7pm the cleaner and manager came to clean the room. We missed our reservations for dinner and missed out on the deposit. The manager apologized about the situation and told me to call them after New Years to arrange a partial/full refund. After ringing most days since New Years no one has bothered to call me back and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone regarding this issue. I find it absolutely disgraceful that a room was not cleaned before new guests arrived and completely unprofessional for a manager to not follow this up despite me ringing several times.
The room was sizeable and clean on the surface but when looking at the radiator for example it was thick with dust. The room felt dusty and the sofa old and faded.
The beds were comfortable enough and the bedding was clean but the throws had stains on them.

On the tin, food value for money
Nice room , tidy, with a fridge and desk and one suite .
We arrived to find a locked front door and no room left in the small park. Some other residents came out of the house and pointed out a notice with a number we needed to ring for access codes. We spoke to someone who gave us codes for entering and for our room. When I mentioned that we had booked parking I was told that we could park around the corner in the road. We were disappointed that we did not see anyone except some of the othe residents during our two nights stay.

Nice to have some off street parking - although very limited (2 cars).
Sefton Park very close in one direction and shops/ pubs very close in the other.
No staff based at the Suites so all access in via door odes sent in advance by text.
I immediately regretted the decision to book there
The room we stayed in didn't remotely resemble what was shown online. We had a half roll of toilet paper with no spares, the toilet took about 5 minutes to fill between flushes, and there was a collection of dust and various types of hairs on the floors of the room. The only plus was that they delivered a pack and play to the room for us, after some begging and pleading. Will NOT ever stay here again, nor will we recommend to friends nor enemies!
No Reception Arrived on Bank Holiday and no one was available to provide service then I tried help desk number but no was lifted the phone.I was waiting for very long time outside the hotel..then I called up at London office and hotel executive some how help ne to provide door key code to enter the hotel. No immediate power backup available..last day it was horrible day..lot off noise at midnight 3am by young guys..no control. Only puls point that room was maintained neat and clean by room service guys. No inercon available in the room to get any kind of help.
The rooms were clean and tidy, the only down side was the noise of the doors banging half the night from the other guests coming and going, so if you want a good nights sleep don't choose the Ullet Suites as your accomadation.
