Experience staying in one of the most beautiful parts of Liverpool and being close to the main attractions. Guests can also enjoy a short stroll into the city centre for food and drinks.

• Both come with a Desk that can be used for work or as a Dressing Table.
Attic Floor: Has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and a double bed.
Kitchen:
• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, Washing Machine and much more!
• Large Bench-Style Dining Table that seats up to 10 guests
Bathroom 1 [Main Floor]:
• Fitted with a separate Shower, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Bathroom 2/3 [Attic Floor]:
• Both en-suite Bathrooms have a Shower, Toilet and Basin.
This apartment is a rare find with its generous amount of space in the city. With its duplex design and marvellous furnishing style, the view and experience you will get are worth a few more steps to climb.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at the property.
Please note that there are three flights of stairs up to the apartment.

This Apartment is located in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, home to the most breathtaking architecture in Liverpool!
This chic and spacious base is a short walk from the City Centre and very close to some exciting places to visit, including the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall.
With it situated in the perfect location for those desiring to explore Liverpool's history, relax in a picturesque neighbourhood and also be able to stroll into the bustling centre, this apt. is excellent for all!
Make sure you take a short walk to the celebrated Baltic Market that offers a range of tasty cuisines from various local restaurants!
If you are looking for some great restaurants near the apartment - visit Hope Street and explore the many different places it has to offer.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
