Summary:
This modern, bright and ample apartment is full of character! Timber beams, copper finishes and butcher's block worktops come together to create the perfect setting to unwind with friends and family. Located in central Liverpool, The MetQuarter, Liverpool ONE & Docks are all within walking distance, making this the ideal base to explore the City!

Please note that there is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the top floor of the building.

This apartment features beautiful exposed beams and rustic charm whilst also retaining a contemporary and light atmosphere - the perfect juxtaposition!

Home Truths:
- This apt. is located on the 3rd floor and has a lot of steps to climb. Nevertheless, the view from the bathroom is worth it! Overlook the iconic Liver Building from the ensuite!

- Due to the authentic character of the apt. you will need to weave your way through a beam in the upstairs bedroom!

- We like to be completely honest with our guests and although our apt. is beautiful, the communal areas are not managed by ourselves. We are in regular contact with the management company to keep them in good condition, but unfortunately, any repairs regarding the communal area are out of our control.

- In hot weather, the apt. can get very warm, therefore, we have provided you with a fan to use!

Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle-free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them!.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and accessible via stairs.

Several pay and display car parks are available nearby and we will provide details prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
If you appreciate being in a central location, this apt. is the one for you!

Situated a short walk away from Liverpool's Met Quarter, Liverpool One, Liverpool Docks, and the famous Cavern Club, this apt. is nestled in the very core of Liverpool! If you are a Beatles fan, The Beatles Museum is located just 3-minutes away from the apt. Alternatively, if you enjoy a film or two, visit the 'Everyman Theatre' just around the corner!

Pay a visit to the newly opened 'GPO Food Market' and enjoy various cuisines from around the globe, including Love Kimchi, Patty B's Burgers, Tang, Jailbird Chicken and many more! With so many options, there is something for everyone.

Getting Around:
The closest bus stop is at St Johns Market (Stop GC), just a 7-minute walk away. From here, you can travel out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a convenient 8-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.

Liverpool One Bus Station is a 9-minute walk away and has convenient routes out to various locations!

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to whiz you around town!

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 3 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
