"Beautiful location, it's a little rrspite from the world, nestled among trees and a babbling brook. Something out of a fairytale. We enjoyed the space, the quiet (maybe a little too quiet... there's no TV), and the surroundings. Do yourself a favor and visit Rissers Beach, which is close by. Our only complaint was the bathroom sink... it's incredibly difficult to use. Otherwise, it's a great location. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful week at this rustic and well appointed cottage in Upper Kingsburg. The place was clean, comfortable, and has a completely outfitted kitchen. Most importantly, the bed in the master bedroom slept well. The location is gorgeous. The sound of the surf on Hirtle's Beach was a constant companion. The hike around Gaff Point is a must. "This property is a gem. We discovered new things right to the end. Loved exploring the cactus solarium. There was so many little things to look at and we were blessed with blooms on 3 cacti and a water lily bloom at the end of the week. My only complaint is the amazing view and the crashing of the waves on the rocks kept distracting me from my book. Lol Jon is a superior host. Always at the ready to answer our questions. Luckily, the woman who cleans, and I gather, generally looks after guests, came along. She was very welcoming and helpful. We have never had any response from the host. The suite was very nice, but the bed is beyond its best-before date. "
