"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"I originally rented this place thinking a friend would join me. I ended up staying there by myself, so a little more room than I needed, but it was perfect. Great bed, great bathroom, great kitchen. I did a little work while there, so I can vouch for the great connectivity. The crown jewel is the terrace. Perfect view for a morning cup of coffee or a drink after a day of enjoying the city. "

"There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. "View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by.
