"A very stylish place, great restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved the vibe, perhaps not for everyones taste as it is rather stark and intimidating. I really appreciated the uniqueness personally and it's nice that there was a gym/pool etc. Minor downside, no iron or ability to iron which is a frustration for a business traveller staying there only one night. I'd likely stay again if the occasion arises. "

"This is a fantastic hotel nestled in the Triglav National Park surrounded by historically protected villages. Parking is onsite and a fine dining gourmet restaurant is attached. We recommend ordering breakfast buffet too. This location is quite and lots of room for families. It was a relief to enter this region from the heavily busy Lake Bled area. You can wake up to birds chirping and look out over charming Slovenian homes with little gardens. Lake Bohinj is nearby and lots of sporting activities can be arranged from this location. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gasperin. The entire property is immaculately clean and the rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. The owners were very helpful with recommending activities and restaurants in the area. The daily breakfast had so many choices including many vegan options. Everything was fresh and they also made eggs to order. It was a short 2-3 minute walk to the lake, tourist center, and small grocery store. Location is central to many activities. We would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful, modern, and clean hotel- perfect access if you have a rental car and are touring the Soca Valley. Welcoming staff and delicious breakfast in the morning. Only small thing to be aware of is that the WIFI signal is very weak in the rooms and main area; the reliable spot for a good signal is the couch behind the reception desk, tho I’m sure the WIFI will be improved. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"Firstly it is not clear that a "standard"room has the bathroom outside but it is Expedia's fault. However, 24hr reception is not correct, had to wait 15 minutes on the phone and no one answered so had to call another property of the group to gain access. The external bathroom was very cold, the room adjacent to common area with very noisy vending machines so I did not sleep a wink. In the room no light switch near the bed, the bedside lamps present but there was no socket to use them with. Poorly maintained as the paint was peeling off in several areas. "

"Really great hotel, although in a very random location, but convenient if you have a car. Out check in staff was efficient and friendly :) Room bathroom/shower was really spacious, very clean, and bed was comfortable! Breakfast spread was amazing too! Will stay here again when back visiting fam! "
