"This villa could not have been more suited to our needs. It is in a great location, close to airport & Larnaca by car and close to nice beaches on foot. The villa is beautiful and had everything we needed. Great communication with hosts before arrival and during our stay. Only thing we had an issue with was the shutter on the second balcony bedroom did not work so our friends were woken early by the sunlight."

"The pictures were really accurate, but the star of the villa was the outside pool area. Beautiful, as every day was over 32 degrees. Ayia Thekla itself does not have lots of bars/ restaurants, unlike neighbouring Ayia Napa and Nissi beach."

"The property was clean, well-stocked with cleaning materials and tea and coffee, etc. It was just as described, swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet which was very handy. Due to its location, the tavernas and cafes nearby were all reasonably priced compared with tourist rates downtown."

"Excellent really enjoyed staying at this property. The outside area was really lovely and we spent a lot of time there. Villa itself had everything we needed, beds really comfortable and facilities great. Good location I would recommend hiring a car or some form of transportation if you need centre of Ayia Napa but bus service is good as well. Beaches close by."

"Der Strand zum Baden ist zu Fuss erreichbar, herrlich und sauber. Das Haus ist i.O. und entspricht der Beschreibung. Im Garten gibt es leider einen künstlichen Rasenteppich statt einer natürlichen Bepflanzung / Gestaltung, zudem war die Gartenbeleuchtung teilweise kaputt, die Treppe in den Pool war verrostet und der Zaun gegen den Nachbarn defekt. Mir fehlten schöne, blühende Pflanzen. Sie sind zum Glück in der Umgebung teilweise noch vorhanden. Die Polstergruppe sollte dringend ersetzt u/o...

"We are a group of people that have been travelling together for 35 years so are able to manage the vagaries of different countries and villas. The lounge dinning area was lovely, very spacious and modern, with plenty of seating, not that we used it other than for watching the Queens funeral. The bedrooms were very spacious with lots of storage and extremely comfortable beds. the Kitchen was well equipped, though the size of the fridge for 8 adults was a bit of a struggle.
