"A nice place to stay. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from for all tastes. On the second morning the staff were a bit slow asking us if we wanted tea, coffee or toast and as a result our cooked food was half eaten before it arrived. Apart from that, a pleasant stay. "

"A pleasant hotel with nice location by the canal with easy access and short walk into town. Pleasant, helpful staff and a good restaurant on site but also many food choices nearby. Only problem is no proper lift and the lift for disabled access / luggage is in need of some maintenance with only one person at a time allowed and rather slow, noisy and creaky"
