One level home with a one car attached garage. 0.36+/- acre level yard is great for pets, children or a nice outdoor game with a barbeque and gas fire pit as well as deck for unwinding after a busy day in the great outdoors. This home has 15 different restaurants all within 1.2 miles. The Moore Dam Reservoir is 3.8 miles away and a great place to swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard and boat. Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch State Park are 15 minutes from the house; Bretton Woods and the Omni Mount Washington Hotel are within 30 minutes; the Weathervane Theatre and Mountain View Grand Hotel are within 20 minutes. This place was amazing!!!! Doug was very communicative and helpful during the whole process! The pictures don’t even do it justice!!!!! Perfect size home for what we needed!! Very nice property, clean, convienient, nice fenced in back yard, beds were comfy, big kitchen, and eating bar, small TV area, one sofa, no living room chairs. Internet was very slow, so TV was constantly buffering when streaming. I highly recommend this place if you did not come to watch TV. or hang out in the living room.

My white mountain stay
This house was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I really liked the neighborhood, it was peaceful. Really enjoyed the back deck and having the use of the grill. We have never stayed in Littleton before, but have been to the town many times. Would definitely stay there again, and was sad leaving. Doug was a great host, easy to talk to and always got back to me right away. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to maybe add another seat in the living room area for relaxing to accommodate more people.

We were in town to visit family and see the local sights. The house was small but very clean, well kept and killer AC to get away from the heat and humidity. Hosts were extremely responsive when messaged. Would definitely stay here again.

Great value!
We chose to stay here instead of a local hotel (none of them looked that great) before a wedding. No regrets! The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a rental that was fully stocked with coffee, creamer and spices! The new fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and baby. Also a very short distance from downtown Littleton which has so much to see! Definitely a 5 star stay, great value, and I would stay here again!

Littleton Ranch
We love Main Street Littleton. The shops and restaurants are so fun to visit. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. It’s great to walk the neighborhood with the dog and not have to worry about traffic. We can then hop in our car and go skiing or shopping. Great vacation spot!

Amazing cozy little house in a great little NH town, exceptionally clean, smelling good, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and coffee, each room is air conditioned with a heat pump of its own in addition to the main heating system. My friends and I rented for the weekend to ski at Cannon and it was a lovely stay! Cute house, very clean, great communication and resolution if we had an issues. Quick drive to the mountain too.
