Cloud9 is a delightful three-story waterfront house with the main living area located on the middle floor. Enjoy endless entertainment with ping pong, foosball, dual living rooms, Xbox, and five TVs, all while soaking in stunning lake views throughout the home.The lower level is an ideal kid-friendly zone, offering a perfect space for young ones to enjoy. Each floor is equipped with a full bath, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. Every detail of Cloud9 has been thoughtfully designed to create the perfect backdrop for your lake vacation!
Guests have full access to the entire one-acre property, excluding a detached garage reserved for the owners’ items. Enjoy the dock, boat lift, neighborhood boat ramp, and a variety of play items both inside and outside. Everything is provided to ensure your stay is filled with fun and relaxation.
Other Things to Note
Sunny Acres Owners Association welcomes vacation rentals, provided guests adhere to the association’s rules. Please read and understand these rules before booking. State health regulations limit occupancy to two persons per bedroom. The bedding arrangements offer flexibility in sleeping, not in occupancy.

To get you started...
The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use. Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
The kitchens are stocked with one roll of paper towels, one trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, trial-size dish soap, two dishwasher pods and 1 sponge. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.
A few more tid-bits... :)
1. Trained service animals are welcome! Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy. We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance as they fill up fast!
2. Septic System: The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3. Boating Tips: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats (make sure to bring your bumpers!).
4. Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving!
5. Security Camera Disclosure: We take your privacy very seriously. Exterior security cameras on property - 1 exterior doorbell (ring style) camera. This camera has sound and recording capabilities. An outside camera is located on the backyard. This camera does not record sound.
