"The hotel taxi took us to another hotel, offering no explanation. This hotel was further from the port. Arriving late (around 11pm) it was disappointing to find no water in the room and that the bar was closed. The room looked good, but had not been properly cleaned. However they gave us breakfast and offered us a swim in their pool"

"When we arrived there was no one there to greet us. One of the gentlemen that lives there ended up letting us in, as we didn’t get any responses when calling the numbers on the door. The room was small. Most of the light bulbs were burnt out. The water from the faucet was a dark orange color and sprayed water and made violent noises. "AK Myknonos was amazing. It was easy to get to with video directions and not a far walk with luggage. It was central and close to the bus station that takes you to different parts of the Island. Staff felt like family and checked in on us to make sure we had a good time and gave recommendations as it was our first time on the Island and Greece. "Loved our stay at Katerina's apartments! Very basic apartment, not anything fancy at all but great for travellers on a budget and had everything we needed. Only note is that we had the most random cooking appliances, like a frying pan but no spatula .etc. - little things like this could be added to make cooking at home easier.
