"Lack of linens and towels was my only issue. I flew in and had to arrange those items locally, at some considerable inconvenience. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper and paper towels, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. Besides that it was an overall excellent stay. "

There are lots of facilities including 2 barns with games galore, childrens playground; a beautifully set, outdoor, heated swimming pool, ponds, fishing, walks and the horses that are stabled there all making for an interesting stay. Location is amazing - lovely to look out and watch the world go by along Cromer High Street, and just a minute or so from the coast and the iconic pier and beach."
