"This is our second stay here. The property is beautiful, the villas are spacious and they have great outdoor amenities. The food is good at the buffet but I wish there were more food options throughout the day. The buffet got boring and room service and snack bar food is not good at all. The rooms were clean but could use a facelift or some updates. The staff was very accommodating and quick to help. My biggest issue with this hotel is the cleanliness. "Please update linens, towels, spreads, beach towels! All from last century. Otherwise, charming in an old school way! Great for a photo shoot of the way life used to be. Love the pool table and library. Found Garcia Marquez on the shelf and chilled. It is accidentally Wes Anderson. Bummer that no fresh fruit is available at the bar for tasty rum punches, no ginger beer either! Poor selection. Best part: lovely, kind, helpful and very hard working staff. "The property was a budget property not much inside of the rooms. If you’re seeking luxury this isn’t the place for you. However, the staff is very friendly with over all great hospitality. "

"The property and staff could not have been any more spectacular. Our family group of 20, including a 7 month old and 17 month old, had every need met including delicious meals, perfectly served, and luxurious days lounging around the pool. Photo's do not do this wonderful private resort justice. The staff was nothing but dedicated to our comfort and enjoyment. Linda ensure everything was well prepared and always available to assist throughout the process. We can't wait to go back"

"This was our second time staying at Springville. It remains our family’s favorite vacation spot! The house, view and grounds are beautiful but the staff are who make the experience extra special! Highly recommend it for families and couples. The owner is extremely reaponsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!!"

"If you’re looking for a family-friendly resort that has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, grand palladium lady hamilton resort & spa is the place to be! This resort is not only breathtaking but also packed with top-notch dining options—from perfectly seasoned oxtail and fresh lobster to Indian, Mexican, Italian, and of course, Jamaican cuisine that will have you going back for seconds (or thirds). Seriously, the food alone is worth the trip! The resort is massive, so bring your walking shoes—or better yet, hop on one of the shuttles that make getting around super easy. The pools are amazing, the beaches are stunning, and the entertainment is nonstop. Whether you’re looking to relax at the spa, dance the night away at the themed parties, or just sip a cocktail by the infinity pool, there’s always something going on. For getting around outside the resort, they offer transportation, but if you’re looking for a more personalized experience, you can also find local drivers who will take care of you. We had an incredible driver who stayed with us the entire time, taking us to all the must-see spots, including Pier 1 for Friday night life and 2727 for an epic Saturday night out. Highly recommend checking out both! The staff at the resort are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the views? Absolutely stunning. We loved it so much we even became members! Honestly, the only bad part about this trip was having to leave. Already planning our next visit!"
