"A great stay at a beautiful cottage right in the thick of it. Immaculate and cosy at the same time. Freeview telly for our second evening which was perfect on leather reclining sofa. . Cutting our breakfast sourdough was an olypic sport need a serated bread knife"

"There was a damp smell upon arrival. When we looked around we could see there had been a leak from the bathroom staining the ceilings and carpets. The bathroom door did not lock and there property was generally in a poor state of repair. Marks on every wall and paint peeling from the window sills. "Well located on the edge of B-o-W, however, initial impressions when you arrive are somewhat unflattering as the front door area is shabby and not very chic and there are obviously pigeons nesting in the eaves who leave their detritus and other items lying around. The on street parking which has been mentioned in other reviews is undoubtedly an issue, however, parking in the Lake District is an issue. However, once inside the place is clean and tidy and has all the amenities that you might...

"We had a lovely restful week. A short drive into Grange over Sands, Morecambe and Lake Windermere. It was just a pity that the weather wasn’t kinder to us."

"Great stay a woodbine cottage. It's a great location for all the shops and pubs, and some fabulous hiking from the door. Good sized accommodation for 4, but maybe tight for 6 as the bunk beds are very rickety and small, so maybe not advisable for small children."

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...
