"The overall stay was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The negative with the stay was the parking. You are charged by the night and reception take the payment but the number plate recognition system doesn’t recognise your number plate when leaving so have to call through to security each time you leave. "

"I love this place and have stayed here many times. It is connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow by a walkway so no matter which terminal you need, you can get there with a quick tube ride. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, full hot breakfast is great, there is a bar, and the restaurant is open on holidays. "

"The hotel and front desk team were asbolutely incredible, very helpful and welcoming. We found the mattress a bit hard but overall the room was great! The only real moan would be a member of staff in the restaurant was rude to my partner when we were looking to order drinks which put a dampener on the evening but overall we had a very pleasant stay. "

"The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay. "

"For the price paid (which wasn’t too high) this was an adequate place to stay for one night - I think I spent less than 11 hours in the room/at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the although the shower / toilet set up won’t be for everyone, as a solo traveller, it was fine. "It was more comfortable than I taught. For the price of each night, it exceeded it. A walking distance to the train station. It’s clean, easy to locate. Direction on how to access the building was clear. The room was sizeable, although it a shred bath and toilet, they were clean. I will recommend if you are staying a night or two."

"Crazy Bear is an experience in itself, the rooms are all different themed and great for a stay with your partner. We did upgrade our room as I found the Boujee to be just a tad small but the upgrade was amazing. The Thai restaurant was great as always and we had drinks in the bar to finish the evening off. Thanks you"

"We stayed here while visiting friends in the area. It has a really great history and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really robust and we enjoyed it each morning we stayed. The Bar staff was super friendly and we loved the free drink tickets offered at check in. All in all, I thought this was a lovely hotel. It's a bit of a walk to the train station but ubers were really easy to get. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a good value in the area. "
