"The location is good and the host is great! Clean place and easy to check in and out. Just be wary if you’re a light sleeper - the apartment is almost directly above a night club. Ear plugs were provided which was nice!"

"The property was very clean and updated on the inside there was also a lot of security features. However there was a night club behind our BNB that was loud until 4:00am and we had trouble sleeping there were also some sketchy people hanging around the back parking lot near our car but overall we loved the location and walking distance to everything we needed."

"Second floor walk up, nice apartment for a weekend or week-long stay. Little dark and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying in the living room unless you're in, or recently graduated from college, but we found this place to be great for our needs. Good communication, snacks on arrival, clean, toiletries in the bathroom. There's a bit of a musty smell, but not strong or anything disconcerting."

"Super responsive and flexible host. Beautiful, functional loft in an up-and-coming part of Columbus near downtown, Short North, and German Village. My husband and I spent the weekend here the first weekend after listing our house, so we'd be out of the way for showings and an open house. This was exactly what we needed to keep living our life with minimal interruption."

If you're looking for a piece of mind this is the place other than not being told the washer was out of order we had a great stay and will be booking again!!"

"When first arriving, it appeared decent. The tv was broken when we attempted to turn it on, which we were able to get a replacement on day 3. The first night there was a huge leak from the ceiling in the first floor bathroom. No mention in the messages what theyd do about that. Just put a bucket and a towel so we could use the bathroom. The oven was unplugged and couldn't cook anything on the stove, and the outlet looked weird and exposed. Kinda sketchy. On the last night, there was a leak...

"The condo was clean, had no issue with neighbors. Parking right outside building. There were dressers and closets for clothing. Was centrally located for our purposes. Close to the highway. Really everything you need to live there for a time. The only thing remotely negative was there is a hospital and fire station nearby by so you will hear sirens. Not enough for me to reduce the rating."

"Spent the weekend with some old friends and celebrated a birthday. Went bowling during the day and enjoyed Schmidt’s restaurant which was in walking distance. Nice backyard enjoyed playing cornhole."

"Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year"
