"Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach always busy, lots of kids. "Overall this was a nice stay, the hotel has been designed and built very well. It's built on the side of a hill and as such, the higher you go, the better the view. The view over Ierapetra city at night is amazing. The only comment on the room is that the lighting could do with being better at the bathroom mirror and the wardrobe needs more shelves / drawers. We got a warm welcome on check in but rarely got a welcome at other times. Often no acknowledgement of arriving for breakfast or dinner....

"Loved my bungalow on the sea with private pool. The large hotel swimming pool was also very beautiful. Easy access to the sea via sturdy ladders. Charming secluded nooks with lounge chairs and tables at different levels. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Water shuttle to multiple restaurants on the property. Enjoyed the delicious sushi and more at the exceptional seafront Sumosan Japanese restaurant, where glass floor panels offered a look into the fish and sea below us. Lovely landscaping. Attentive...

"The hotel itself is lovely, very modern, impeccably clean. W loved the little private beach as the sea was a perfect temperature! The only negative is every day between 12-3pm a DJ plays banging “Ibiza tunes” and you cant get away from it. It is such a strange vibe as most people there when we were there were of an older generation and every time he started up there were groans from everyone around us!! You couldn’t escape the sound- we could hear it on the beach! We were half board and food...

"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "
