"Check in was a breeze however the valet was my only complaint having to park and carry luggage was a pain and waiting for ride to room was different and notso much liked, however everything else was great. O the shower was alittle difficult to get working.. but all in all it was a quick nice stay. Thank you"

"The property is lovely. The elevators are still under construction from hurricane damage. Staff are fabulous. Communication between team members was a bit lacking with late checkouts and housekeeping repeatedly knocking on my door to ask when I was leaving. Has airport shuttle! Not a lot in the area to do but easy to get around via uber. "

"When we arrived we found the front desk manager, Henry, to be very helpful, even explaining how to walk to the Phillies stadium. Couldn't have a better person at the desk. In fact, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly! However, in our room we found a non- operational air conditioner that had to be replaced while we waited. Also, the internet service was spotty and not "extremely fast" as advertised but it was OK. There was no soap in the shower and only a tiny little bar at the...
