"We had a lovely comfortable stay. We did have to clean the bathroom a little as few hairs on the bath and toilet had brown water in the bottom but apart from that it was lovely. We had robes in the wardrobes, toiletries and plenty of towels. The coffee pod machine is a nice touch. Overall hotel was clean as you could be for its size ! We really enjoyed our stay thank you "

"Lovely hotel - we had the executive double with sea view - very comfortable king size bed, nice white bed and bathroom linen, large room with two bucket chairs and great sea view, tea/coffee, lovely clean bathroom with very hot water and great shower. Excellent breakfast and bar snacks. All staff from cleaning, reception, bar and breakfast room extremely friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the spa but looked nice and very popular. "Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. in fact all of the staff were very helpful, friendly but professional. the views were fantastic even when it was a bit cloudy, looking out to Robin Hood Bay when eating breakfast and dinner was a great treat, breakfast on the first morning was buffet style, while morning two was a cooked in kitchen, traditional UK type breakfast, cereals etc were as day one. "A decent hotel in a nice area close to all of the amenities. I found it to be a very strange hotel, the outside reminds me of my old school block and even though it is very stylised, it needs some TLC. It looks very rundown on the outside and is not the most appealing as you drive up. Inside however, is quite pleasant. It’s basic but modern and has everything you would need. "Staff were amazing however cleaners in the morning were extremely noisey and woke us up early on hoth morning of our stay. Room was cleam although we had to request shampoo and body wash for the shower on first night as our were empy. The staff on check in (james i think) couldnt have been more helpful and sorted it out straight away though.
