"The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM. "

"A very pleasant surprise! We did not know what to expect from this property by the airport. We had an early flight and did not want to get stuck in morning traffic. This is a very nice hotel, clean, and the indoor spa/pool were terrific!"

"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. New room was abit better but still not great. We paid for a room with full access to pool but the next day when searching for the pool we found out it...

"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "Hotel in great location. Walkable to most attractions and restaurants. Had to use public parking but was close by. Hotel is well presented with friendly and helpful staff. Had co-joined rooms with only complaint being couldn’t turn off hallway light between. Skipped breakfast with numerous breakfast spots close by hotel. Would definitely recommend as the appearance and facilities hard to beat "

Excellent hotel

"Modern, clean hotel, spacious room, parking adjacent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good Italian restaurant in the hotel and great food hall with many choices next door. Across the street from the Cite du Vin which is an excellent wine museum. There are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. It is a short tram ride (10 minutes) to central Bordeaux, and only a 22 minute drive to the airport. "
