"Booked a room listing air conditioning, then was given a room with no AC during peak summer. Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available.
The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The Expedia listing is also misleading. "

"The hotel and room are dated, reminded us of the hotel in American Horror Story.
Unfortunately even with the room make up card on the door the room was not made up after the first night and had to request items from reception "
