"We did not meet Eric upon checkin, we let ourselves in. Ample parking spaces. Allocated Room 3, which was the assessable room. Our overall stay was good, the location was convenient to get to Cork and Head of Kinsale. Very friendly environment as you get to meet the other guests in the dining/kitchen area. You feel at home as breakfast is provided and you are free to cook as well. We eventually met Eric, and Trish, both are super friendly and helpful. I have to make a comment on Room 3...

"We made our reservation last minute . The staff were so friendly and helpful they made us feel comfortable and it felt like home. It's a beautiful property it takes you back some years . Dinner was so delicious and once again an at home feeling. The easiest checkin and checkout we've ever experienced. Free parking & WiFi Its a family run business. Would recommend it to anyone 😊"

"This place and the surrounding area are amazing in my opinion. I learned the hard way, but you deff need a car in this area. The towns all around are cute and have a nice old school charm. And Lismore castle and gardens are amazing. Just wish the lord and lady would allow tours of the castle."

"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "The bungalow was immaculate with lots of skylights and windows. Very nice views of the garden thru the big back windows. Very short walk to Lismore’s Main Street, the castle and the river. All the comforts of home inside with tasteful decor. It was a perfect stay. I’ll be back!"
