The Vila Maria is located in the centre of a quiet and very Portuguese town next to Lisbon by the Ocean. It is composed by two completely separate parts: a two-room-apartment downstairs ( also possible to rent - Vila Maria Apartment on HomeAway) and a main villa house on the two floors above. This is a charming centenary space, transformed into a cozy, elegant and practical home. The biggest advantages are: silence, natural lighting, a spacious garden full of flowers, stylish interior design, a shaded and wind-protected terrace and a short distance to the beaches and everything you may need.
The Vila Maria is a century-old residence that has been renovated with care to preserve the original atmosphere and decoration details. If you want to feel like really living in Portugal in a very antique, cozy and extraordinary place, it is the best choice! You will have everything you need just around the corner, and if you wish to go to Lisbon or Cascais, there is a train station just 2-minutes walk away. The nearest beach is a 7-minute walk away via the underground passage at the train station (Google maps doesn’t show this route). This is a unique offer on the local market. It is not just a place to sleep but a real attraction in itself!

Magical holiday escape
We could not have found a better place for the holidays! This house is a true gem, having everything we needed to relax & recharge. We easily navigated the train to Lisboa and nearby towns, and everything we needed - from local restaurants to a full supermarket - was so accessible. Each part of this home was intentionally planned, beautifully decorated and fully appointed with absolutely everything. And the kitchen - wow! We had so much fun cooking and spending time together around the amazing island. Thanks for helping to make our holiday so memorable!
