This place was lovely. Front desk staff kind and helpful. It's not in the touristy neighbourhood which is great - there's lovely coffee shops and bars a ten minute walk away, and the street below has groceries and thrift stores. The room was lovely and the hotel was great.

Our apartment was basically one large room with a double bed and a single bed. It felt more like a hostel. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but the location was poor and off the beaten track from sightseeing areas, shopping, and dining. It wasn't what we had hoped for and I won't be staying here the next time I visit Lisbon, Portugal.

The inside of the building suprised us a lot. It was beautiful, smelled good. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and well furnished. There is no elevator so if you have trouble climbing stairs be aware. We were on the last floor and had 81 stairs to climb. We did not have any problems with that but it could be difficult for others. The subway is a 5 minute walk away. You do not need a car in Lisbon because it is so much easier and cheaper to take the subway (metro), bus, tram or train anywhere with the same ticket card. I would strongly refer this apartment to anyone.

Great staff, nice place despite being a bit tight for 5 people, and kitchen missing a chair so not a good place to hang out but good for showering and sleeping We enjoyed it but i wouldn't go with 5 people

This was a GREAT place to stay but I didn’t realize it wasn’t the best area to stay in Lisbon. It felt totally fine but it wasn’t in the most safe or walkable area, so we used to the subway to go down to the water and the popular area (Alfama). The subway was super easy and very close so that was a plus! But all that being said, everything about the place and the staff and the rooms was fantastic! Can’t say enough good things about our stay and the service provided - just not our ideal location!

Loved it. Be prepared to drag your suitcases up the stairs but really liked the room with lots of light. Nice bathroom. Comfy bed.

Really nice building; very nice, spacious and modern room; withing walking distance from two main metro stations and plenty of cafes and restaurants; although it's located in a busy road, it was fairly quiet during the night; easy and quick check-in and check-out.

A very quiet and safe area closed to 2 metro stations. Dining options are plentiful in the vicinity. Staff was courteous, friendly, and accommodating. Apartment was large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and clean. AC worked perfectly at the time of stay.

We arrived around 1:00am and check-out was 11:00am. I was picking up our rental car at the airport and the front desk kicked out my family from the room because they didn't allow them to stay 30 minutes extra, or they would charge another day. I talked to the front desk clerk from the airport to let him know I would arrive back to the hotel very soon; I arrived at 11:25 to find my family in the reception area packing our luggage.
