Located on the ground floor of a modern residence in a quiet area, this apartment offers all the facilities for a successful holiday. Spacious (105 m2), it includes, in addition to 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite, a large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, an airy and tastefully furnished living / dining room; it is completed by a large terrace of 40 m2 facing south which gives direct access to the swimming pool of the residence and the common garden; a private garden with trees is located at the front of the apartment
A parking lot is located in front of the residence allowing the parking of the vehicles of its occupants.
Various shops (bakery, small supermarket) are easily accessible within a radius of 500 m to 1 km.
Cascais town center and the beaches are 5 km apart; they are accessible by car or bus.
The center of Cascais has kept its authentic character as a fishing port and deserves a thorough visit; the large Guincho beach must be seen: it is famous for its wild aspect and the waves are impressive.
A large number of cultural and sporting activities are offered within a radius of 25 km: whether they are visits (Lisbon, Sintra, Queluz and their museums and / or palaces), hiking or cycling, golf, or aquatic activities (sailing, surfing, etc.)

Superschöne Wohnung
Traumhaft! Sehr ruhige, gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung! Es war einfach alles da!!! Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Wohnung. Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter, gab uns noch viele Tipps mit auf den Weg.

Obrigada por nós possibilitarem duas óptimas semanas de férias. O apartamento é excelente, limpo, espaçoso, bem decorado e com todas as comodidades. Heerlijk appartement
Het voordeel van dit appartement is het ruime terras. Na een duik in het zwembad kun je lekker op je eigen terras zitten. De locatie was rustig maar wel overal ver vandaan. Uiteraard geen probleem wanneer je een auto tot je beschikking hebt. Het appartement zelf is erg ruim en zeer compleet.

Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un petit cadeau d'accueil nous attendait. L'appartement super agreable et modene en rez de jardin est spacieux et très bien équipé. Le cadre est calme et agréable avec piscine partagée. On s'y est senti comme chez nous. Propriétaire et correspondant sur place très disponibles et à l'écoute. Je vous recommande ce bien, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Superbe séjour
Nous avons loué l’appartement de Monsieur Rolland 13 jours cet été. L’Appartement, situé dans une résidence calme, est très agréable et dispose de toutes les commodités. Piscine très calme et agréable en semaine. Un peu plus animée le week-end. Idéal pour les enfants qui n’ont qu’a Ouvrir le portail de la terrasse pour sauter dans l’eau. Il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé car le centre ville de Cascais est un peu éloigné. Monsieur Rolland est très disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions et la réception des clefs se fait avec beaucoup de facilité. Tout est fait pour vous simplifier la vie. Guincho, Sintra,... Lisbonne accessible en train. Le soleil au rendez-vous tous les jours.... Bref un super séjour ! A recommander sans hésiter.

Luxe appartement in een rustige omgeving, aanrader!
De woning is zeer ruim en luxe ingericht. Het terras dat aan de tuin met het zwembad ligt, is perfect. Wij vonden het appartement nog mooier dan we op basis van de foto’s hadden verwacht. Het contact met de eigenaar en de contactpersoon ter plaatse verliep heel goed en zeer vriendelijk. Cascais is een prachtige plaats en een goede uitvalsbasis voor trips naar onder andere Lissabon en Sintra. Een auto is wel noodzakelijk. Er zijn verschillende stranden om naar toe te gaan, waarbij sommige stranden door de ruige zee met name geschikt zijn voor surfers (Guincho) en andere stranden ook voor families (onder andere Carcavelos en Estoril). We komen zeker nog eens terug!

A great stay once again!
We rented this place this year again and our stay confirmed our last impression : great appartment, very comfy and calm, and a fantastic swimming pool. Our contact with Dominique the owner & Gilda in Cascais were always very pleasant, they are very very nice and helpful people. Thanks a lot again and hopefully we will come back next year!

Wundervoller Ort u der Strand rund um Guincho ist einer unserer Lieblingsplätze in Europa geworden!
Das Domizil ist sehr sauber u sehr gut ausgestattet! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter u Gilda vor Ort war ausgesprochen freundlich!

The appartment is very nice, well equiped, spacious and clean.
We had a very nice holiday in Cascais. The area is very interesting and there is lots to do. Beach, cultural sights and good food! The house is 5 - 10 minutes away from the center of Cascais and whilst distances aren't big, a car will be needed for almost every trip.

Calm & comfortable : perfect stay!
We stayed for a week and what a great week : great appartment, very comfy and calm, well furbished & situated (close to the motorway leading to Lisbon - 20 min approx.). The swimming pool is fantastic. Our contact with Dominique the owner & Gilda in Cascais were always very pleasant, they are very very nice and helpful people. Also, the place was perfectly clean when we arrived which is a very positive side. We felt home... Une semaine parfaite
Idéalement situé pour visiter Lisbonne et ses environs (Sintra, Mafra, Belem...) , l'appartement est en plus d'un confort sans égal et très bien décoré. La piscine sur laquelle donne la terrasse est spacieuse et bien entretenue. Ajouter à cela un accueil et des échanges chaleureux avec le propriétaire et vous obtenez évidemment une des meilleures destinations au Portugal.

Très bon séjour
Famille de 4, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est fidèle à l'annonce et détient des atouts de standing. Les prestations sont là et la piscine est idéale. (Superbe terrasse qui ferme à clé et donc sécurise l'accès à la piscine pour les petits.) Monsieur ROLLAND est disponible et très l'écoute. L'accueil sur place a été très agréable. Il y a un mini mercado pas très loin et le centre ville et la plage sont à quelques minutes.

"Wij zijn aller vriendelijkst ontvangen in dit rustig gelegen royale huiselijke appartement met zeer goed uitgeruste keuken en heerlijk terras. Zwembad is prima en goed onderhouden.De advertentie geeft de werkelijkheid weer, het contact met de eigenaar is eveneens zeer prettig verlopen. Cascais en Lissabon zijn goed te bereiken.Voor wie een rustige vakantie zoekt met strand en stad in de nabije omgeving is kan ik dit appartement zeker aanbevelen."
