Perfect experience here! The staff were professional and helpful. The room was fresh, modern, immaculate. Bedding was super comfy. Decor and lobby were modern and gracious. The breakfast was amazing. And the location can't be beat. Right across from the palace with a view into town, close to every restaurant and sight. I liked it so much we extended our stay. Definitely will be back!

This hotel was fairly clean, beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. Easy to find and good location in the heart of the city. The breakfast was excellent as well. Have to pay for parking, and they do not guarantee a parking spot either which was unfortunate. The hotel lobby is really gorgeous, but the rooms are a little worn for a 4 star hotel. A couple things just broke or fell off, for example when I closed the door to the room, a plastic piece from the room card scanner fell off. Chipped paint and worn and torn flooring. I would likely stay here again though.

Hotel is in the historic center of Sintra, close to all the restaurants and sightseeings. Hotel staff was extremely helpful with parking (I arrived by car) and I learned that I had to use a bell at the garage entry to open the door 🙂

The hotel is truly central - walk out the door and you are at the National Palace and Plaza. The staff was excellent - so accommodating. Everything was grand!

What a wonderful stay here! It was difficult to get to by car but once there, we parked in their underground garage and left the car there until our departure. Buffet breakfast included which was very good. Right next to National Palace of Sintra. Walkable to all sites, restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend staying there!
