Completely refurbished apartment, is located on the THIRD FLOOR of a building, WITHOUT LIFT, in Bairro da Graça, one of the best known and emblematic neighborhoods of the city of Lisbon.
Enjoy the holidays but not forgetting the exercise, you can from this apartment know, on foot, some of the most beautiful sights of Lisbon.
At the top of the street is the viewpoint of Nossa Senhora do Monte, where you will enjoy the most beautiful views of the city and a wonderful sunset.
Five minutes from home you will find the Sofia de Melo Breyner / Miradouro da Graça Viewpoint as well as the majestic Convent of Nossa Senhora da Graça.
Continuing the tour through Graça you can also visit the São Vicente Church and the National Pantheon. Tuesdays and Saturdays you can do some shopping at one of the oldest fairs in the country, Flea Market. Continuing with the walk you can descend to Alfama and enter one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Lisbon.
After walking through the narrow streets of Alfama, go up to the Portas do Sol Viewpoint, a balcony that all Lisbon people liked to have at home.
From here choose what you want to see first, Miradouro de Santa Luzia, St. George's Castle, St. Anthony's Church, Se Cathedral.
To rest from the walk at the beginning of the street where this apartment is located there is a tram 28 stop which is already considered one of the ex libris of Lisbon.
Tram 28 or 'O Amarelinho', as it is also known, offers its passengers the opportunity to get to know the most beautiful old quarters of the city in a typical Lisbon way of transport, getting to know medieval Lisbon, with its narrow and winding streets.
From home down Mouraria, another typical neighborhood of Lisbon, you reach Martim Moniz from here is 1 minute from Baixa da Cidade.
At the foot of the house there are several supermarkets, shops, grocery stores, cafes, bars, pharmacies, squares and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Portuguese food.
The house consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds (this room has no windows) and one with a single bed which, when opened, turns into a double bed with two side-by-side mattresses. Balcony with a panoramic view. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine. A toilet with shower cubicle. A living / dining room with cable TV and Wi fi.
The apartment has a lot of natural light which provides good energy at home, sunbathe all day, all windows have a beautiful view.

-PRIVATE TRANSFER - The driver waits for guests at the airport arrival gate with a poster with the guest's name and transports it to the apartment. If you are interested in hiring this service when booking please say.
- TAXI - 10/15 minutes from Lisbon Airport (estimated cost up to 4 people from + -15 / 20 €)
- METRO - 25 minutes from Lisbon Airport to Santa Apolónia.
take the red line and change to the blue line at S. Sebastião
Get off at Santa Apolónia, terminal station.
From here to the apartment it is 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus 734 which stops at the beginning of the street.(Exit at 6th stop)
