The Space:
Our luxury Seafront Villa 1 boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all beautifully decorated in their own individual way. The villa is perfectly located, just a few meters from the breath-taking cliffs of the Costa da Guia but also between Sintra and Lisbon making it well placed for adventuring to the city or into the traditional neighbourhoods through the natural park and sights such as Palacio da Pena.
A spacious and bright living and dining area looking out to the bougainvillea canopy out the front of the house offers the perfect place to sit with family and friends to enjoy the evenings at your holiday home.
The master en-suite, on the upper floor, with its own private south facing balcony has sea views offering an ideal spot for that morning coffee or sundowners after a long day of adventuring. On the second floor, a spacious double room facing out the large windows to the nature and trees outside with a shared bathroom. Two bedrooms, one on the upper floor, the other on the ground floor have single beds that can be made up as doubles for couples or kept apart for travel companions or children.
A terrace with a barbecue off the fully equipped kitchen offers dining and lounging options for those days where you want to laze around and cook at home.
This property has central heating which makes it an excellent option for a winter getaway during the mild and sunny winters in Portugal. You can make use of the well-maintained tennis courts all year-round while taking a break by the pool in the summer.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll find a variety of excellent local restaurants, many serving traditional Portuguese meals. Alternatively, stay in and prepare your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which offers all the necessary utensils to whip up and eat alfresco meals on the spacious terrace.
On the doorstep you have the very lovely Casa da Guia. This was an old manor house which has been turned into a great sociable place with boutique shops a good selection of superb restaurants.
Getting Around:
There is a bus which goes along the front into Cascais if you didn’t want to walk the 25 minutes along the coast road (which has a purpose built walker’s pathway). It’s easy to make use of this circular route bus which passes each 7 to 15 minutes depending on the season.
Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Tourist Tax:
Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. This tax contributes to the maintenance of local facilities and applies to tourists regardless of nationality. It is the host’s responsibility to collect the tax at the prevailing rate and pass it on to the respective municipalities/regions. Rates can vary from year to year and between different councils. Please check your reservation for details.
* Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
