Couldn’t fault this hotel. The location was amazing and the hotel was modern and very clean. The staff were really helpful and our rooms were spotless each day. I booked three rooms and we were all happy with the choice. If I went back to Lisbon I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very welcoming giving us a great restaurant recommendation the first night (Taberna Baixa). Upon return from the restaurant that night, the staff had left a superb chocolate cake with card in our room for my wife's birthay the day before we traveled. Great hotel experince for our first trip to Lisbon! Thank you Hotel Nicola Rossio staff!

Amazing stay for a 3 star hotel. Honestly better than some 4 star hotels that we stayed in. Hotel is very well managed, Staff are super helpful and friendly. They even sent a beautiful cake for my husband’s birthday, they helped us to book tour and recommended excellent restaurants. House keeper is doing a great job to keep room clean and tidy and hotel is close to transportation, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is close to many tourist attractions. Staff in the front desk helped us to book guided tour to Sintra. The tour guide was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and hopefully we can come back!
