  • Large apartment full of light w/3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Large living room w/fireplace, light. Wi-Fi. 2ndfloor, balconies with protection for children. Nice terrace for the meals. Central, but in a quite area and with parking facilities. Fully-equipped kitchen. Near Cascais downtown, no need of a car. Near the beaches and golf courses. Availability to book green-fees, availability to rent a car, on the arrival and on the departure and during the stay.

Well Equipped, good location.

Joao was very nice and helpful, good communication before and during the stay. apartment is spacious, well located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay there again.

Cascais family get together

The apartment was lovely, large airy, good facilities. Great to have 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Locate 15 walk from the main town, beaches etc. Some great restaurants within a 5 minute walk

Wonderful location, about 16 min walk to the center. Apartment is bright and airy. Would recommend, we were a family of 5 adults who had plenty of room with 3 bathrooms being an added bonus.

Bright and light filled large Apartment

A great base to explore the area. Walking distance into the centre and attractions. The apartment is large and nicely furnished, great bathrooms and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and preparing breakfast, wifi excellent and private garage appreciated with easy access via lift to apartment. There is road noise during the day, however we out most of time. Easy communication and recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets. Try the Chinese restaurant nearby.

Great stay!

Traveled in 4 adults and 3 kids (3, 5, and 6). The apartment is plenty of space in every room. Very clean and silent.

Great and big appartment

Perfect to a family with teenagers. Very clean and everything was working. Easy to communicate with the owner and good transport arrangement. Can certainly be recommended.

Spacious, clean and bright

Large, clean and bright apartment within walking distance to the centre of town. Jaoa was very pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property.

Very clean appartment

Stayed here for 5 nights .The appartment is about a 10-15 minute from the centre of cascais which was not a problem. Its a very clean and spacious with all the amenities. Two balconys to sit outside. The owner Joao was very helpfull with booking us a round of golf and letting us park our car in the fully secure underground garage which was great so we could leave our golf clubs in the car overnight.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Large, clean apartment, lots of light, suitable for a family

Responsive owner lives five minutes away. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, but it is not new- so hot water heater was a bit of a bother, white tile in kitchen hard to keep clean. Everything else was functional and well-equipped. If you like firm mattresses, these beds are for you. We were happy to have a garage space, but we did walk to the center of town every day for our purposes, count on 15-20 minutes walk.

Appartement très spacieux et très beau avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Les propriétaires absolument charmants et très serviables. Si nous devons revenir à Cascais c'est sans hésitation que nous reviendrons au même appartement .

Super schöne Ferienwohnung für bis zu 8 Personen

Sehr schöne große helle FeWo im 2 Stock (Aufzug) mit 3 Balkone. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und verfügt über eine Suite mit Bad und Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, großes Wohnzimmer, große Küche mit Balkon. In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es insgesamt 4 Klimaanlagen und sie ist gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe (1,5 km) gibt es einen Lidl. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter.Ich gebe der Wohnung 5*. Ein Auto ist nicht unbedingt notwendig aber sehr sinnvoll. So kann man auch andere Strände besuchen. Cascais ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit reichlich Restaurants und Bars. Einziges Manko.......die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenden Straße.

The property was clean,cool, airey and comfortable.

We liked the property very much. It easily fit the 6 of us and having access to sitting outside on the balcony was really nice. It was a bit far from the town amenities but was so nice you could put up with that. The welcome we received was warm and helpful.

Nice clean, quiet apartment in good location

Cascais is a fabulous location to explore Lisbon (easy/cheap access by train to the city center) and surrounding area (Atlantic beaches, National Palace of Pena, etc.) and Cascais itself has a great seafront/beaches and wonderful winding back streets with a bunch of great restaurants. The apartment is nicely outside the hubub of Cascais tourism, but just 10 minutes walk down to the main areas and restaurants. It's nice, clean, and simple, perfect for vacationers. Joa is a great and helpful host, with very quick answers to any questions. We'd be very glad to return!!!
