Front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. They arranged airport shuttle both ways. Staff communicated with me via email a number of times before our vacation. Very reassuring that they were so receptive. Had breakfast in restaurant every morning and dinner for our last nite. We had the welcome drinks and discount on bill. Our room was small but I knew that when I booked. Very clean and comfortable. We will have good memories, thank you.

The employees make this hotel, very kind and quick to help make your stay wonderful. The morning breakfast was great and on our last day they had 'breakfast to go' ready for us. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good stay at this property. It was affordable, close to Rosario Square and quite walkable! Our room was clean other than the shower which looked like it could use a good scrubbing in all the corners… but overall good stay and would recommend.

This is a lovely, small hotel right in the Baixa area of Lisbon. Walk 60 seconds and you'll find dining, shopping, coffee, the hop-on, hop-off bus. I didn't get the breakfast option (I'm not a breakfast person) and coffee shops were an easy walk. Highly recommend. I was travelling by myself and felt very safe; front desk is staffed 24/7.

Everything was excellent except we did not sleep the first two nights of our stay in Portugal. The noise and partying outside the hotel was horrible. We chose this hotel because Expedia mentioned it was quiet

Did not receive any VIP benefit. The hotel was lovely and very very clean. Great breakfast every day and staff was excellent. Only downside was the room was tiny and I mean tiny!

I read that the rooms were small. We should’ve paid a little more for the bigger room. Excellent location. Great staff. Breakfast just ok. We preferred going out for better selection and price.
