This is a newer hotel with decent size rooms similar American and Canadian Holiday Inn. The door has good seals for sound from the hallway but the window seal isn't right enough. The continental breakfast is very good but the coffee and juice are what you expected. The only negative is the very strong deodorizer the use in the room and hallways. Which I think they should re-evaluate. If you are sensitive to artificial scents, you may have issues. Oh, all the sidewalks in Lisbon are stone pavers so make sure your luggage wheels are robust enough.

Can’t say enough about the staff. The property is clean and the rooms and breakfast are typical Holiday Inn quality. The difference is the staff and location. Super big thanks to Andres/Andre, John/Jon, and the front office gentleman with the curly hair (that also serves at the bar) for all your help getting around the area, suggestions, and even remembering we were leaving at 4 am and packing us a breakfast roll and fruit to take since the buffet wasn’t open. Truly above and beyond service from everyone here.

I cannot express how much my first time in Portugal was! Staying here everyday was amazing! I could walk anywhere really, best food, quality service at the hotel. The breakfast was always good and so much to choose from. To the front desk staff, everyone was amazing; but to the lady with the long brown curly hair whom helped me the whole time (can’t remember her name). She even gave me a Happy Birthday slip for a drink down at the bar. Eu amo Portugal Thank you to all!!

I travel to Lisbon 2-3 times a year and always stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is close to 2 metro stations. The breakfast buffet is another plus!

Really great place to stay. Super comfy beds, clean and renovated facilities, really nice breakfast (I loved all the local pastries they offered - delicious), and the location was great. Nice and quiet but really close to two different Metro lines so super easy to get anywhere you wanted to in the city. The staff were super friendly and efficient, the late check-out time is great as well as the ability to store luggage. Easy 30 minute trip on the Metro to the airport. I had originally booked a spot in Baixa-Chiado area but it was so noisy, dirty, and smelly that I had to lose all the money I spent there and check in here. It was a world of difference!! Wish I would have just come here first because I found that reviews for many of the places in that downtown area were also not good because many of the properties have just not kept updated, dealt with sewage smells, or done anything to deal with noise control in the rooms. Staying here was fantastic!

I report that the TV did not work, it took me 4 time to report it and them get upset with the front desk attendant for them to come and fix the issue. Other thing is be careful where to park because the sign are not clear and the city put a boot on my vehicle and cost 113.00 euros.
