We liked everything about this hotek but the excellent service from the reception and breakfast room staff was outstanding. We got prompt and professional assistance for anything we asked for. The hotel is still fairly new and located in an area of Lisbon that has every convenience one would want in terms of restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. It was a ten Euro cab ride to the airport and the cost of the hotel was very competitive for the qulity. We are seniors so we resarch everything.

I travel to Lisbon 2-3 times a year and always stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is close to 2 metro stations. The breakfast buffet is another plus!

Great proximity to the airport and walkable to the waterfront. Close to metros if you don't like walking and lots of good food options close by. The front desk staff were courteous and very helpful, even arranged a shuttle to pick me up at 2:30am for an early flight.
